Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That's a goal we work toward, not a certification. We haven't had the site formally audited, and we don't claim full conformance.

What we've done

  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
  • Menus, forms, the chat assistant, and the contact button all work with a keyboard, and the Escape key closes pop-up panels.
  • A visible focus outline shows where you are when you tab through a page.
  • Form fields have labels, and required fields are marked.
  • Text and background colors are checked for contrast.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off its decorative animations.
  • Automated accessibility checks (axe) test our main pages at desktop and phone widths.

Known limitations

  • Third-party embeds. The Cal.com booking calendar and embedded YouTube videos come from other companies, and we can't fix problems inside them. If the calendar gives you trouble, call or email and Alex will book the time for you.
  • The voice demo needs a microphone and speech. It's a demo only. If you can't use it, you can reach Alex just the same through the Market Leak Check form, the consultation form, the text chat, or by phone.
  • Older pages and blog posts may have issues our automated checks don't catch. We fix them as we find them.
