A Newport service call that ends in a review
Follow one job through. You take a call from a house on the sound side, drive out from Newport, and spend three hours getting a system running again. The customer is relieved and says so out loud. Right now that is where it ends. Here is the version that does not end there: the invoice goes over on a clipboard with a card clipped to it, one line, scan this and tell us how we did. The code on that card goes straight to your review page — no menu, no searching, no picking your business out of three similar names. Before you back out of the drive, a yard sign goes in with the same code and stays a week. The homeowner leaves the review that evening with the repaired unit still running behind them. A neighbor walking past the sign on Thursday scans it out of curiosity. Same job, two outcomes instead of none.
