The search that happens before the Topsail bridge
A family driving in for a week at North Topsail Beach makes one decision in Sneads Ferry, and they make it in the car. Somebody in the passenger seat types shrimp or seafood market with the beach name attached, looks at the top three map results, and picks one before they reach the bridge over the waterway. They will not ask a local. They do not know a local. That whole choice comes down to whether your hours are current, whether the photos look like a working dock instead of a stock kitchen, and whether the pin drops where your door actually is. The other half of what you sell moves on relationships and phone calls that never touch a search engine at all. The visitor half touches nothing else. A thin listing makes you invisible to one of your two customer bases, and that is the half that never calls to tell you.
