Original problem
Terry Wade sold in person at local farmers markets on word of mouth, with no website or social profiles — nothing for a customer to find between market days — and inquiries that waited while he was working a market stand.
What was implemented
Social profiles and a Google Business Profile so customers can find and follow the business, AI tools for day-to-day operations, coaching on the prompts Terry uses in his own workflows, and an automated email-reply flow for inquiries.
Human role
Alex set up the profiles, chose and configured the tools, and coached Terry on using them. Terry runs the business and decides what goes out.
Automation role
The email-reply flow acknowledges inquiries that arrive while Terry is away from a desk, so they don’t sit unanswered.
Verified result
