You own your website. Free and clear.
A lot of “website plans” rent you a site for a monthly fee. Stop paying and it goes dark — and the Google ranking you spent a year building goes dark with it. We don’t work that way. Every site we build is yours: the code, the content, the domain. Keep it, move it, or fire us — it’s still yours.
Short answers, before the detail
What does “you own it” actually mean?
The code, the design, the written content, and the domain are yours. You get the files and the logins. If you ever leave, you take a working website with you once its quote is paid in full — not a blank screen.
How is that different from a $175-a-month website plan?
Those are rentals. You pay every month for as long as you want the site online, and you never own it. Ours is a one-time build you own outright, with optional maintenance only if you want us handling the updates.
What happens to my site — and my rankings — if we stop working together?
Once the website’s quote is paid in full, nothing. The site stays live and it stays yours, with its search rankings intact. Rented sites come down when the payments stop, and everything you built up in Google disappears with them.
The difference is who holds the keys.
A monthly “website plan” can look cheaper on day one. But you’re renting — and the day you stop, you have nothing to show for every payment you made. Here’s the same website, two ways.
A site you own
One-time build, with us
- You own the code, design, content, and domain
- One-time build — pay once, it’s yours
- Leave and take a working site with you once it’s paid for
- Your Google rankings stay yours
- Maintenance is optional, not a hostage fee
- Move it to any host or developer, no permission needed
A site you rent
Monthly “website plan”
- The provider owns everything; you rent access
- Pay every month, forever, or it goes offline
- Cancel and the site comes down — blank screen
- Rankings vanish with the site when payments stop
- The monthly fee is the only thing keeping it live
- Locked to their platform; no export, no exit
“You own it” isn’t a slogan. Here’s the list.
The source code
The actual files your site is built from — fast, static, and portable. Not locked inside a page-builder account you can never export.
Your domain, in your name
The domain is registered to you and stays yours. You hold the keys to your own address on the internet, not us.
All the content
The words, images, and layout are yours to keep, reuse, and edit — on this site or the next one.
The logins
Hosting, analytics, Search Console, domain — handed over, in writing. No black boxes only we can open.
No lock-in on the site
Once it’s paid for, take the site to any host or any developer. You never need our permission to move.
One-time cost
You pay for the build once. Optional maintenance exists if you want us handling updates — but the site is already yours either way.
Spreading the cost doesn’t mean renting.
A rented site sells you on “nothing down.” But nothing down and nothing owned is a bad trade. If cash flow is the concern, you can split the one-time build into monthly payments through Klarna or Afterpay at checkout — and you still own the finished site outright the whole way through.
Financing is offered by Klarna and Afterpay, subject to their approval and terms. Whatever the payment plan, the website is yours to keep.
- Rent-a-site
- Pay monthly, forever, own nothing
- Own it, financed
- Pay it off, then it’s yours free & clear
- When you stop paying
- Site stays live — and stays yours
