What if I hate a post?
You see and approve the whole month's content in one sitting before any of it goes live — cut anything, ask for a swap, request a redo. Once you sign off, it's scheduled and we don't need anything else from you until next month's batch.

Send us photos and job updates when you have them. Once a month, we send you the full batch of content for review — you approve it in one sitting, and it's scheduled to run automatically for the rest of the month. No daily sign-offs, no pinging you post by post.
What's the difference between the three tiers?
Crystal Coast is Facebook posting only — straight posts, nothing else. Social + Reputation adds Google Business Profile management and automated review requests, so you're covered everywhere a customer actually looks before they call. Complete Local Presence adds an AI-visibility retainer on top, so you show up when people ask ChatGPT or Google's AI answers for a recommendation, not just when they search by name. Can I just get Facebook posting without the Google and review stuff?
Yes — that's exactly what Crystal Coast is. Google Business Profile management and review automation are bundled in starting at Social + Reputation, but they're not required to get started.
Do you run my Facebook ads too?
Not included in the base price on any tier. You keep control of your ad budget and we'll help you boost individual posts, but full paid ad campaign management is a separate add-on billed at 10–20% of ad spend.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. We'll ask for 30 days' notice so we're not mid-campaign when you leave.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Most businesses start at Essential or Professional and move up once they see what consistent posting does for calls and foot traffic. No penalty for changing tiers.
